Terms of Service

In short: Zolea never holds your funds or keys, market data is informational only, and you trade on-chain in your own wallet. Keeping that wallet secure is up to you. This summary is for convenience only — the full terms below are what govern your use of Zolea.

Effective June 18, 2026

Zolea is non-custodial. We cannot move, freeze, or recover your crypto, and we will never ask for your keys or seed phrase. If your wallet or accounts are hacked or you are tricked into signing something, that loss is not Zolea’s fault and cannot be reversed by us.

1. Acceptance of these terms

Zolea (“Zolea,” “we,” “us”) is a community platform for crypto. By connecting a wallet, signing in by email, or otherwise using Zolea, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Zolea.

If you use Zolea on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

The short summary at the top of this page is provided only for your convenience. If anything in it differs from the full terms below, the full terms control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Zolea, and of any crypto asset or third-party service you reach through it, is lawful where you live.

3. Non-custodial — your wallet is yours

Zolea is fully non-custodial. We never take custody of your crypto, we never hold a balance for you, and we never ask for, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or recovery codes.

Signing in with your wallet is a signature over a message that proves the wallet is yours — it is not a transaction, costs no fees, and does not authorize us to move anything. The platform is built so that no one at Zolea has the ability to move, freeze, recover, or reverse your funds.

  • You alone control your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you sign.
  • We will never DM you asking for your seed phrase, private key, or a password — anyone who does is an impostor.
  • If you lose access to your wallet or keys, we cannot restore them for you.

4. Security is your responsibility

Because Zolea is non-custodial, the security of your wallet, devices, keys, and accounts is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your seed phrase and private keys secret, for the security of the device and browser extension you use, and for every action taken with your wallet.

Zolea is not responsible and is not liable for any loss arising from your own actions or circumstances, including but not limited to: your wallet, device, email, or accounts being compromised, hacked, or accessed by someone else; phishing, scams, social-engineering, fake support, or malicious links or software; lost, leaked, or mistyped keys, seed phrases, addresses, or amounts; or transactions you approve and sign. If your wallet is compromised or you are deceived into signing or sending something, that is not the fault of Zolea and we cannot reverse it.

5. Informational only — not financial advice

Market data shown in Zolea — including live coin cards, prices, market cap, liquidity, volume, charts, and buy-bot activity — is provided for general informational purposes only, is sourced from third parties such as DexScreener, and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.

Nothing on Zolea is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an endorsement of any token, project, or transaction. The appearance of a token on Zolea does not mean we vet, endorse, or vouch for it. Crypto assets are highly volatile and risky; you may lose some or all of your money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should do your own research and consult a qualified professional.

6. Trades and third-party services

When you trade, sponsor, donate, or otherwise transact, you do so on-chain in your own wallet through independent third-party services — for example pump.fun for trading, DexScreener for market data, and Phantom for your wallet. Zolea does not execute, build, custody, or intermediate these transactions; we only link you out to them.

These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. The blockchain itself is public and immutable: transactions you make cannot be undone by us or by anyone.

7. Your content and conduct

Zolea is a community platform, and you are responsible for everything you post, send, or share through it (“your content”). You confirm you have the rights to your content and that it does not break the law or these terms.

You keep ownership of your content. By posting it, you grant Zolea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and provide the platform. Content is created by users, not by us; we do not endorse it and are not responsible for it, and we are not obligated to monitor it.

You agree not to:

  • Use Zolea for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or to deceive or defraud other users.
  • Impersonate Zolea, our team, or other people, or solicit anyone's keys, seed phrase, or funds.
  • Post malware or malicious links, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Attempt to break, overload, bypass security on, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Zolea, and review, remove, or restrict any content or account, at any time and for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these terms or created risk for other users or for us — with or without notice. You may stop using Zolea at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and the sections on your content — will survive.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data — including the wallet address you sign in with, any email you provide, and the content you post — is described in our Privacy Policy at /web/privacy. By using Zolea, you also agree to that policy.

10. Sanctions and prohibited jurisdictions

You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, and that you are not on any government sanctions, restricted-party, or denied-persons list. You may not use Zolea if doing so would be unlawful for you or if you are otherwise barred under applicable sanctions or export-control rules.

11. No warranties

Zolea is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data shown is accurate or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolea and the people who build and operate it (our team, contractors, and collaborators) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of crypto assets, funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — Zolea, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes, without limitation, losses caused by a compromise of your own wallet, device, or accounts; by third-party services; by reliance on informational market data; or by transactions you sign. You use Zolea at your own risk and assume full responsibility for that risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zolea and its team from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of Zolea, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and your continued use of Zolea after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Zolea regarding the platform, and replace any prior understandings. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These are the full Terms of Service that govern your use of Zolea. They are written in plain language for clarity — the casual tone does not make them any less binding. Questions? Reach us through the community or the contact links on the site.
